The tech and staff was rude. The lobby looked nice and updated, but the rooms were outdated and stuffy. Nothing like the photos.

Front desk River went above and beyond. Sun am breakfast person was exceptional. ALL staff were friendly, helpful and had good humor. Several appeared new but still confident and not stressed out.

Start to finish, the whole experience was great. I wish we could have stayed longer. I was surprised at the size of the breakfast and the variety of food. Really enjoyed the pool.

The hotel itself was wonderful. Newer. Super clean. Room was immaculate. Nice fitness center (need to keep it cooler) Glenn at the front desk was fantastic. Breakfast was fine.

The location was in a quiet, green setting. I enjoyed taking a roughly 3/4 mile walk along the sidewalk lining a wooded area to the shopping area. I didn't like seeing the trash in the wooded area, though. The size of the bedroom area was very nice. The bed was very comfortable. Both my mom and I slept very well in our queen-sized beds The bathroom was spacious and bathtub and sink area clean. Breakfast was good. Good variety and plentiful. We didn't use much of the kitchen, but it is very nice to have. My mother really liked the smell of the soap and shampoo/conditioning products.

We loved the breakfast and location (expect the eggs were very salty) and the room was more than we expected size bathroom phenomenal beds comfy two tvs and a full size refrigerator. I loved the decor as well
